If the paid service has not been initiated or delivered due to our fault.
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction.
If your service request is withdrawn before processing begins and no costs have been incurred on your behalf.
The service has already been initiated or completed.
The request is made more than 7 working days after the payment date.
Delays are caused by incomplete documentation or incorrect information provided by you.
Refunds are processed as per Razorpay's standard timelines:
5 to 10 business days after initiation.
Within minutes up to 2 business hours; a nominal fee may apply.
Email support@larkfinserv.com within 7 working days of your payment.

We encourage customers to request refunds through our support channels before raising a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
