Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Before Payment Capture:

If you cancel before Razorpay captures your payment, no deduction will be made.

After Payment Capture but Before Service Start:

You may cancel and request a refund as per our Refund Policy.

After Service Start:

Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel your service if:

Information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

Required payments are not made.

Services become unavailable due to operational or legal restrictions.

Refund Eligibility: If cancellation occurs before service initiation, you may be eligible for a refund.
